For years, I told myself I didn’t have time to be healthy. I was too busy working on my career, trying to maintain relationships…and, well, who has time to go the gym when you have so many other priorities? But then it occurred to me that I also spent ten hours a week watching Frasier reruns. So perhaps I had more time than I thought.
